I am a first time user of a storage facility but yet a senior citizen. I just did not know what to expect. The female attendant was very friendly and seemed to intuitively know I was very unsure about the entire procedure. However, she walked me through the steps patiently, answered all questions, and then drove to the locker's location with me behind her. I am very happy with this locker; I know I will fill it to the brim with the knowledge that this is a secure location for my possessions. After making two trips there within 5 days, I will surely make more use of it with at least four more trips. In fact, my car is almost loaded with another batch to store in my locker.

I ran a few minutes late to the office for your closing time. Eileen was very patient and gracious with me and didn't rush me at all. When we completed all paperwork and my questions, she was probably past a half an hour late just staying to fully take care of my needs and questions. I think I'm probably not the 1st person she's done this for. She should be commended for her commitment to her job. I appreciate and respect when a customer service representative is polite and helpful to the public that she deals with. Not everyone is capable of doing this. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to me and for that, I appreciate her. You have the right person for the job sitting in the position. Having to leave our Apt., we needed to retain storage quickly. Having financial difficulties already, I was happy to find Economy. They are easy to get to, provided needed size storage at reasonable rates, and also offered a discount if you had AAA. We were in immediately. I feel safe storing our Home there while we search for another.
